Vermouth Cassis
Ingredients
60ml Dolin dry vermouth, 5ml Merlet Cassis, 60ml soda water.
Method
Pour the Dolin Dry and Merlet Cassis into a highball glass filled with ice. Mix. Top up with sparkling water. Garnish.
