Ingredients
40ml Dolin red vermouth, 20ml Old Perth Blended Malt, 1 dash orange bitters.
Method
Pour the vermouth, scotch and orange bitters into a mixing glass filled with ice. Mix. Pour into a chilled coupette glass and garnish.
