White Negroni
Ingredients
30ml Dolin white vermouth, 20ml Greenall’s gin, 20ml Pontiane.
Method
Pour the vermouth, gin and gentian into a mixing glass filled with ice. Mix to chill the liquid. Pour into a glass tumbler over ice. Garnish.
