Ingredients
40ml Dolin red vermouth, 20ml Pisco Quatro Gallos Italia, 1 dash aromatic bitters.
Method
Pour the vermouth, pisco and bitters into a mixing glass filled with ice. Mix.Pour into a chilled coupette glass and garnish.
