Spritz de Chambéry
Ingredients
40ml Dolin white vermouth, 20ml Dolin dry vermouth, 10ml Pontiane, 40ml tonic water.
Method
Pour the vermouth and gentian into an ice-filled wine glass. Mix. Top up with tonic water. Garnish.
