The recipe for eau-de-vie was passed down from alchemists of the Middle Ages who were looking for an elixir for eternal life. Obtained by the maceration then distillation of fruit or aromatic plants, our eau-de-vie don't guarantee eternal youth however they do provide tasting pleasure and the joy of good times with friends. The fruit and botanicals are carefully chosen so that the distillation of our grape marc or pear eau-de-vie develop deep rich flavors, that are more tasty than traditional rustic liquors.
